Terms & Conditions for Qatar Airport Transit Tours
Minimum Layover Time
The minimum transit time for Discover Qatar Airport transit tours is 8 hours. There may, however, be a difference in the minimum duration based on the specific tour. Passengers are responsible for making sure they have adequate layover time when making tour reservations.
On-Site Bookings
At the Duty-Free Plaza South, behind the escalators in the A&B concourse, you can also book transit tours after flight arrival at the Discover Qatar desk. Subject to availability, on-site bookings are available up to 2 hours prior to tour start time. You can also get information about Qatar Airways Business Class.
Advance Booking
The online booking of tours can be done by passengers up to 48 hours prior to the arrival of their flight in Doha. A minimum of 2 hours before the scheduled departure time, passengers must proceed to the Discover Qatar desk at Hamad International Airport.
Tour Policies
Extensions to the tour duration, requests for additional services, or amendments cannot be accommodated on the day of the tour. The time and location of pickups and drop-offs cannot be changed either.
The last tour of the day should conclude at least two hours before the departure of the next flight. Passengers who miss their flights as a result of delays clearing immigration/security are not the responsibility of Discover Qatar or Qatar Airways.
A maximum of 46 passengers can be accommodated on a Doha city tour. Each Discover Qatar transit tour is subject to availability and requires a minimum layover time.
